Each of the Beatbox sets consists of samples and five different corresponding rhythm grooves (sequences), which are designed to be used as templates for song composition. We currently support the AKAI MPC-60, the AKAI S1000/1100, the Ensoniq EPS/EPS-16 plus, the Kurzweil K2000 and Macintosh on MIDI file formats/Audio IFF samples. Sequences which utilize only the drum samples (no loops) we refer to as drum sequences, and the sequences which utilize the loop samples we refer to as loop sequences. The number following the words drum or loop is how many measures long that sequence is, and if the word piano, bass or guitar follows the amount of measures that will tell you that there is a piano, bass or guitar part that is designed to play on MIDI Channel 1 from your external voice module (e.g.- your favorite bass sound on your M1, etc.).

In the "Sound Flipper" series we have created and edited loops in Alchemy and Sound Designer that are all @ 120 BPM's. This allows you to play one or more of the loops simultaneously and remain in sync. We also added a few single samples to some of the disks where appropriate.
